Shandukalites went back to school on 3 November at the Toyota Halfway House. They adorned their uniforms and high school demeanour to party for a cause.

The Back to School annual fundraising 2011 Party proved to be the most successful yet. The funds raised on the night amounted to R1 058000 million and will go towards helping identified projects in needy schools.

Shanduka celebrated its ten year mark as a company at a gala dinner held at Maroela Room at the Sandton Sun Hotel on the 25th November 2011.

The annual Back to School Party 2010 was a memorable. Newly appointed CEO Phuti Malabie was on auction on the night. It was a magnificent night attended by sponsors and Donors of the Adopt-a-School Foundation. Over R2m was raised for identified projects in selected adopted schools.

The 2009 annual fund raising event celebrated the Mock Share Listing of the Adopt-a-School Foundation share. 

Each year Shanduka hosts a fund raising event for Adopt a School. The theme of the event is Back to School and the proceeds are used to improve facilities in schools.

Shanduka, in conjunction with Adopt-a-School Foundation, hosts an annual awards function to honour and recognise donors, educators and learners of assisted schools.
