Shanduka has a 70% stake in one of TCCC's four bottlers in South Africa. The bottler, previously know as Scarlet Ibis, was re-named Coca-Cola Shanduka Beverages South Africa (Pty) Ltd (CCSB). The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) holds the remaining 30% shareholding in the business.

This venture is a perfect fit with Shanduka’s strategy to gain greater operational involvement in the companies in which it invests. Furthermore, an alliance with a global enterprise of TCCC’s stature, will greatly facilitate Shanduka’s growth aspirations into the rest of Africa.
