Shanduka invested in a Nigerian company, Helios Towers Nigeria (HTN), alongside other international partners. The core business of HTN is to build and lease towers to telecommunication operators in Nigeria. HTN has managed to sign a master lease agreement with one of the large mobile operators, V-Mobile, for the duration of their license.
