Shanduka holds a 9.5% stake in TBWA/Hunt Lascaris, a marketing communication services holding company with a number of operational entities that offer a suite of traditional, through the line and digital marketing communication services. The company was formed in 1983 by John Hunt and Reg Lascaris. Throughout its development and history, TBWA SA has been a constituent agency of the TBWA Worldwide Group of Agencies.
