Alan Schlesinger holds a B.Com, as well as a Diploma in Advanced Financial Management. His 30 years experience in commerce and industry led to Alan’s appointment as a valuable member of Shanduka’s Board. He has considerable experience in the establishment of new businesses, acquisitions, mergers, stock exchange listings and other corporate finance activities. In 1998 he established Intafin, an independent business developer and consultant, in which capacity he initially provided input to Shanduka .
