Glencore Sells Coal Stake for 700 Million Rand, Shanduka Says
Dec. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Shanduka Group raised its stake in South Africa’s Shanduka Coal to 50.01 percent from 30 percent in a deal valued at about 700 million rand with Glencore International, Shanduka Group Chief Executive Phuti Malabie said.
Shanduka Group could start trading its shares on a stock exchange in the next five to seven years, Malabie said by mobile phone today.
